Safety Relief Valve Model 64

The Model 64 is a standard right angle rapid opening/reclosing Safety Relief Valve, with conventional and/or balanced (bellows) designs. They are used with both liquids, gasses, and vapors, in six different model configurations. This is a full nozzle, direct action, spring loaded, adjustable ring, Safety Relief Valve. They are available in ASME and DN flanged connections. The Model 64 is a ASME Section VIII, Div. 1, and an EN ISO 4126-1 rated Safety Relief Valve. Available sizes are ¾” X 1-1/4”, to 6” X 10”. The flange ratings are 150# – 2500# inlet, 150# – 300# outlet, and DN 20 X 32 to DN 150 X 250. Accessories are available, including a test gag, levers (packed or plain), detectors, and insulating jackets. The valves are available in carbon steel, stainless steel, and special alloys (duplex stainless steel, super duplex stainless steel, hastelloy, inconel, titanium, tantalum, stellite disks, etc.).

• Flanges rating: Inlet 150 ÷ 2500#. Outlet 150 ÷ 300#. Also supplied with DIN flanges.
