Founded and commenced operations from the first office in Old Klang Road.
1979
Incorporated as Sdn Bhd, beginning operations with a focus on hydraulic hoses.
1982
Opened the first branch in Klang and ventured into industrial hoses, broadening the company's product range.
1985
Established a second branch along the East Coast in Kemaman.
1986
Appointed as the authorised agent for Senior Flexonics (UK), marking the company's first international principal partnership.
1987
Obtained the PETRONAS licence, unlocking access to Malaysia's oil and gas sector.
1988
Expanded northward with the opening of a third branch in Penang.
1991
Appointed as a distributor for MATEC Hoses & Fittings, expanding product offerings and industry reach.
1992
Merged the Klang branch and Old Klang Road office into the current headquarters in Shah Alam.
2000
Appointed as an authorised Parker distributor, further diversifying JOLAC's engineering portfolio.
2004
Appointed as an Airtac distributor, expanding into pneumatic products and industrial applications.
2006
Partnered with Flowserve to supply Valtek Control Valves and later expanded into other Flowserve products, strengthening expertise in process control solutions.
2011
Opened a new branch in Miri, extending JOLAC's footprint into East Malaysia.
Appointed as the Exclusive Agent for Orion, followed by Magnetrol, broadening the company's portfolio in level measurement solutions.
2012
Formed a strategic partnership with BS&B to supply pressure safety equipment, reinforcing commitment to industrial safety and protection.
Relocated the Kemaman branch to a larger, fully equipped Flowserve Certified Service Centre (CSC).
2018
Appointed for Kelburn cyclone separators and gas filters, providing advanced solutions for safe and effective liquid and solid particle removal.
Established a new branch and workshop in Pengerang.
2019
Partnered with Ametek to further expand product offerings and technical capabilities.
2021
Expanded into piping and fitting products, as well as flow measurement solutions, strengthening the company's position as a comprehensive engineering solutions provider.
2022
Launched Edward Valves under the Flowserve umbrella, further enhancing the range of industrial valve solutions.
2023
Introduced Line Products (Atomac, Durco) under Flowserve, expanding process control and valve solutions.
Established new branches in Bintulu and Kota Kinabalu, strengthening JOLAC's regional presence and service capabilities.
2025
Relocated the Pengerang branch to a larger facility in Bandar Penawar, now operating as a fully equipped Flowserve Certified Service Centre (CSC).
